With effect from 1 May 2018 we have reduced the data we collect and retain from new and existing members. The data we collect and retain is as follows:

-       Your name

-       Your e-mail address

-       The first 3 digits of your postcode

-       Other information relevant to customer information or offers 

We do not retain your address, full postcode, telephone number, or financial information. Subscribers to Knightsbridge Village are directed to Paypal to facilitate subscription payments. You should read and understand the Privacy Policy applicable to Paypal regarding use of personal data.

We retain your photograph or selected image if you choose to upload one to personalise your profile.

We collect your data when you complete our online joining forms and agree to our Terms and Conditions or subscribe to our mailing list.

We may send you marketing communications by email if you have indicated that you are happy to receive such emails [this in incorporated within our Terms and Conditions that you agree to when signing up to join Knightsbridge Village]. Our marketing communications include recent activity in the Village to keep you updated, new articles and special offers we think you might like.

You can opt out of receiving our e-mails at any time by ticking the relevant box at the footer of each e-mail. 

Please note that if you tell us that you do not wish to receive marketing emails, you will still receive service emails which are necessary for example to notify you about a change in our terms or other information fundamental to your membership.
